How to Request a Recruitment Mailing List Update

When to Submit an Update

Submit an update when you know that:

• An educator has changed schools
• A school has a new director or teacher
• Contact information is incorrect
• A relevant educator or school should be added
• An existing contact should be removed or changed

Procedure

Send the updated information to Chelsey or Zeb.

Include as much identifying information as possible so the correct record can be updated.

The central recruitment mailing lists should be used as the authoritative source rather than maintaining separate informal copies whenever possible.
