How to Request Access to a Previous Blackboard Course

Faculty may occasionally need access to a Blackboard course previously taught by another instructor.

When to Use This Procedure

Use this process when:

• You need materials from a previous Blackboard course, and
• The course was taught by someone else, so you do not already have access.

Procedure

1. Identify the Blackboard course you need to access.
2. Email Jacoba Iverson with the request.
3. Include enough information to identify the course.
4. Jacoba will submit the appropriate support ticket to request access.

Allow time for the ticket to be processed before you need the course materials.
